For Escatawpa Hollow Campground: This campground is right by the river. Great for kayaking. The sites are not paved but the area is kept up nicely. The couple who run it are very sweet and helpful.

For Escatawpa Hollow Campground: Beautiful spot right on the river. They rent canoes (we had our own kayak and used it). They take you up river for a casual canoe ride down the river (small fee per boat). Hosts could not have been more accommodating with our stay. The campground is among the trees with spacious spots. Larry and Janice are the owners and have been working hard to make it great for everyone. We will be back when in the area!
