For Rest Stop: Parallel parking only for big rigs. Very busy and very noisy. Uneven road.
Three stars because it was shady with plenty of grass for the pups, and it was clean.

For Rest Stop: There is only side parking. Not actual parking spots. Very large area for the kids and dog to run and stretch our legs.
