Easy in and out. Clean. The dump station was easy to get to, use, and compact. Nice stop along the way.

The dump station is locked. So we went in for the key. But it was combination lock with no keyholes. So we went back in and the two codes they gave us didn’t work. We waited about 10 more minutes for someone from maintenance to come out but gave up and went in for a refund and left.

Yeah I just read the review magaya a pickup truck in a fifth wheel camper he was pissed off cuz he was told he could not slide-out his slide outs this is for that guy you are at a truck stop for truck parking not a campground so you can slide out your slide out parking spots are for big trucks truck drivers out here on the road everyday needs rest we can't park if you got your little things taking up all the space people in campers that make it hard for us truck drivers is it go to your little Campground go to your little parking spot at the campground truck stops are for big trucks

Maybe we just caught them on a bad day. About 20 minutes before arriving there we called and asked if there was a place we could park and put our slides out. We were told yes, it wouldn’t be a problem. When we got there we were rudely told, that wasn’t going to happen and we could just go back and try to squeeze between two trucks. So we went to the Cracker Barrel down the road. They found a place for us to put our 42’ fifth wheel, we had a great dinner and breakfast and met some really nice people. This was our first negative experience at a Love’s. This morning we’ll get gas at a Pilot!

This newer facility is staffed by the friendliest crew I've ever seen at any truck stop. The place is clean, well maintained and very friendly. I stop there every other day and have *NEVER* had to wait for a fuel island. That can't be said for any other Loves on I-71 in Ohio.
