I travel full time and have become a loyal Pilot customer. I’m excited every time I need to stop and there’s a Pilot near by. Always clean bathrooms, clean store & friendly staff. Until tonight....The bathroom had TP strolled everywhere and every toilet seat was FILTHY along with the floors. Store looked OK even tho finding the staff was like a scavenger hunt. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! The parking lot was near empty and only 1 other person getting gas during my 30 min stay. No way I would stay any longer much less trust the showers.... This is clearly pure laziness. Management needs to wake up.

Very clean and well stocked. Super friendly staff (Diana was especially nice). Easy on and off I-64.
