Don’t go to this Pilot for gas if you have a rig or long trailer. We have a class A 35’ and a toad. Couldn’t get in and had a hard time getting out.

People crabby and unprofessional. Worst run pilot I’ve been too in a long time. I got code for using pump on diesel and def and wouldn’t work on their pump. Had to go in and had to pay inside. Girl was not nice. Wouldn’t go here again. Had to go back in and get a recipe and they didn’t know what they were doing. Took forever.

Very nice people. Tight driveway at front that has a sign for autos and trucks. Did not see diesel at front pumps. Better signage would greatly help for those of us who need diesel and don’t want to go the the semi truck lanes!

It was good enough and safe enough, but in retrospect I should've stayed at the TA truck stop. It seemed like there was much more room there

Smaller Pilot. Parking lot is tight and very busy with RVers and tourists. Wouldn't stop here unless absolutely necessary.

Diesel pump 22 been broke for a month. Block it off for non use. Then cashier didn't know how to put driver info in. Had to ask someone else. Women's restroom unsanitary. Women hygiene receptacles so full, products overflowing on to floors to walk thru. This is an on going problem everytime i have stopped here. Will pick another truckstop in the future.

VERY busy pilot. Only two dozen spaces for cars, most of lot taken up by people waiting for gas. Did not stay, went to Walmart next door for overnight.
