Pilot app stated this place was 鈥渞v friendly鈥. It is only friendly for diesel rigs. Our 34鈥 gas rig had to block most of the parking lot while fueling. Will not stop here again.

My boyfriend, son and I were on our way home from Nashville and had to pull off at this Pilot because my son was getting very sick. As soon as we pulled in, a gas station attendant immediately started to help my boyfriend get ahold of the outside hose to spray down our car seat. When I got my son to a point where he just needed cleaned up, I went inside and the attendant had already started cleaning a shower stall for us and assured us it would be minutes if that. The rushed and abrupt communication between the staff there was surprising and the most appreciated. I did not get names of the employees, but wanted to leave a review - but mostly wanted to say thank you. You all made a really stressful time for a mom as easy as possible and our family appreciates the hospitality!!!

I stopped to get gas and a hold of $151.00 put on my card. This charge did not fall for 4 days. When I called I was informed it was a hold for $15 worth of gas ridiculous good thing I did not use my debit card as this would have caused me be short of funds until it dropped off I think someone needs to rethink the amount. I understand having a hold for funds but this seems excessive for $15

Poorly designed parking lot layout. Single pumps so our 33' RV could not fit without blocking lanes of traffic.
