I had been waiting 10 mins for shower when I decided to check if any were dirty. There were 4 dirty and no one cleaning them. I asked the cashier who asked her manager. The porter was on lunch and no one knew it. I had to wait 15 more mins to finally get in a shower. Also they had breakfast sandwiches and when I asked the food prep person how long they had been out she was unclear but guessed about 2 hours!! I personally don't think it is safe for eggs to sit for 2 hours! I definitely regret stopping here. An all around bad experience!

The shop is NOT first come first serve!! When I called they said I had to be inside to get an accurate estimate on when they would pull me in and to secure my place in line. Once I went inside they said I should have called my company first. Someone walked in behind me but they let him go ahead of me even though I was physically standing there ready to be helped!! I needed a 15 minute tractor grease and he needed a 45 minute tire change! So that would increase my down time by close to an hour even though I was there first!! That is not okay. We will not stop here again if that is how they treat drivers!

Passing through Nashville and blew 2 19.5 and they had them in stock and wouldn't help me cause they was on my rv so me and my kids sat there all night on side of the interstate!

Plenty parking and looks quiet. Not sure on service but if you are not a big fan of electromagnetic radiation from cell towers pass on this one as there is a large cell phone tower within 1/4 mile on the hill. On the plus side the signal on your phone should come in clear.

Terribly rude uncaring fuel desk... No driver facilities.. Drive the few minutes in to Nashville T/A where they still care about drivers...and have services..
