We have been often during my 44 year driving career and always enjoyed the food and service here but this trip was our last one for here. We arrived for lunh about 1130am, received our drinks in about 5 minutes but 40 minutes later still no food. My wife ordered a blt on wheat toast and I ordered a hot ham/cheese sandwich. The waitress came about 15 minutes after the order to ask if a slice of country ham was ok because they had no sliced ham. I said to just make it a grilled cheese. Now 3 other tables arrived that seemed to be regulars and were immediately served their food. After 45-50 minutes without our lunch we got up to leave and the waitress looked surprised and I told her that it was too long to wait for lunch but then she was sure to collect for the drinks. Unacceptable no matter the circumstances. I have met Uncle Pete on numerous occasions and I'm sure that he would not accept this service.

The parking lot fills up fast, but man the food in the restaurant is really good. Better than TA and Petro restaurants, and better than fast food!!!

A truck stop that makes you pay for air. Not open 24 hours a day. More of a fuel stop than a truck stop.
