This used to be my stop on US 301 when returning from Florida to NJ. The restaurant was old world Mom & Pop and people here were definitely caring about truck drivers. Now the owners have a gas station with an empty lot, a worn out and dilapidated falling apart building that should be torn down. This is why any drivers using US 301 go to Middletown, De. for the 301 Truck Stop.

Well it has happened as predicted. The restaurant is closed, the showers are trashed and falling apart. It is a fuel stop with dirt parking. Not long before they start charging for parking. Sorry to see this stop fall apart.

$10 to park unless you use a card then it's $13 unless you get 75 gallons of fuel. The owners must Shitty restroom. Wouldn't tempt fate on the showers, limited items in the convenience store. It's more like a small gas station that has truck parking and a diesel pump. This place is definitely outdated except that the owners are trying to squeeze the drivers dry on the cost of shit

I just heard that they are not going to re-open the restaurant. I hope that this isn't so because it will become a fuel stop only with parking. Shame if it's true.

This is a great little truck stop. The restaurant is under remodel. The entrance has been changed because of the new road construction. It always had great food and fuel pumps are opened during remodel. It has plenty of good and quiet parking.

Great food. great prices.
