Frustrated! No dump station, restrooms were filthy. Staff was very nice though. The biggest frustration is when the app says there are things and you count on them.

We like to go for a drive and have lunch. A favorite place is Flags West. I always order their hamburger (made with fresh hamburger), their homemade fries. Fresh food and the Taste is wonderful. A+place to eat!! October 23 we decided to go for lunch. They were not busy, which was a surprise! Only 3or 4 tables and one guy at the counter. We placed our order and looked for the little game on the table to pass the time until lunch arrived. 30 minutes passed ....no lunch. I asked the server when we would be getting it. She said the guys in the kitchen were busy (NOT). We could see them from where we were sitting!! They were messing around and talking. 45 minutes later lunch arrived. Disappointment😩. The bun was hard as a rock, the burger was the frozen kind out of a box, and worst of all.....the fries were frozen out of s bag. I was so disappointed! Go back to the way you used to do things. I don’t think we will be going back for food I could get at his fast food place. Frozen good is not. In your best interest.
