Change name to Phil's Parking Lot and Gas Station. No driver amenities, restaurant and parking lot is full of potholes.

Phil's is clean and friendly. Parking is plentiful at all hours of the day, and the prices on goods are decent. The parking lot is a little rough, but not bad
