Sadly this is the only service plaza from Erie to Buffalo and the Canadian border. Ever time we cross the border we have to stop to fill up for gas, expensive, and discard food items we can’t take with us. All the garbage cans are always overloaded. Parking is busy and yes you have to walk through a covered bridge as the service food/coffee washrooms facilities are shared by both Sast and West traffic. No other options as far as we can tell…

Eastbound travelers have to walk across to the westbound side for facilities. Eastbound has only one diesel pump. Didn't get a receipt . Poor signage
Fairly easy access and ample truck parking. Stop somewhere else if you can.
