Stopped for gas and a bathroom break. Unforeseen circumstances had me using a walker to ambulate. Tripped over a rug at the entry that kept curling under my wheels. Navigated a maze-like path to the back corner where restrooms were located . Might have been 芒鈧搑estock the shelves芒鈧 day as I encountered boxes sitting on the floor in a few aisles that I couldn芒鈧劉t pass. Accessible restroom was occupied and I waited patiently, but she never came out. I could not fit the walker into the narrower stall, so I backed in and sat with the door open. When you gotta go, you gotta go! Asked an employee if hot chocolate was available and she told me to try three different areas to look for it. Nope. I wasn芒鈧劉t in any condition to browse all around the store so I just left. Cleanliness and convenience on 3-1-2021 earns a 2.5 from someone with a mobility challenge. I芒鈧劉m sure the average customer would rate this Pilot a 3 or 4. It just wasn芒鈧劉t as neat, tidy, and organized as the majority stations of this reputable name that we have visited while traveling.

Easy in and out for our 31ft motorhome + tow. Island on the end of gas pumps says 芒鈧揹iesel芒鈧 but also has gas.

This may be called a Pilot travel center but they are privately owned. Gas price was higher than the surrounding area and they did not accept the Pilot Travel charge card.

Stopped at this service center to get diesel. I drive a 2001 Ford F250 diesel and was pulling a 5th wheel rv. My wife and I had been on vacation. Two days before we had purchased diesel just across the river from Evansville, IN and had driven over 250 miles on that tank. We had spent two nights in Eddyville, Ky. When we left the RV park we stopped to get fuel at this Pilot station. We went through a truck lane to get diesel. After getting what we thought was diesel we started on our way back to our home in Mississippi. We only get 18 miles from the Pilot station before our truck stopped. I had to call a wrecker who towed my rig to Murry, KY. The diesel mechanic informed me that gasoline was in my tank, had me smell it, and it was gasoline. Be careful watch you purchase at this Pilot. Also, we called and talked with the manager and informed him of the situation. He said he would call us back but never did.
