Boycott Gear Jammers for what they’ve done. It is to expensive. They have raised their rates and costs at only truck stop in Union Gap. Place is so run down and disgusting.

Man, I ate in the restaurant. They had real mashed potatoes and the chicken fried steak was perfect. Wouldn't have minded. Two large parties though. The brown gravy was perfect and all over. The bowl of veggie soup had a thick gravy like consistency. Could of used a real bowl instead of a cup size bowl, but food wise everything is outrageously high here in Washington state. This place blasted through the Outback in cost and taste. Plus the are a lot of showers here. You gas up and you get free showers. They have hookups I'm told by one of the workers. I just parked my truck and ate at the restaurant. The in-store food is excellent. Chicken strips. You name it. They even have a salad bar, giant sodas. To me this place is great considering how much they charge for fast foods at say Carl's Jr, or Wendy's, even Jack in the Crack. Thatbchecken fried steak was delicious. Just the way I like it. All they need to do is give bigger servings for the same price. I would then be living there practically. Their lose. But the restaurant food is delicious to me. I won't go there that often due to the prices but man I crave it again. Just one suggestion. Give use a real bowl if soup and two chicken fried steak patties for the with heapen louds of brown gravy on a larger oval plate for the same price. Like I said I'll be living there then. Oh yeah get se prime rib in ajue sauce on the menu as will. A big prime rib. Then this place will be heaven for both bikers and truckers. Oh and give us much larger glasses to drink out of so the waitress doesn't have to refill it 10 times. Pour things, she was a hard worker. Give your employees raises and you wouldn't lose them so fast. Minimum wage doesn't cut it for the work you make them do.

Dump. Filthy inside and out. All employees appear grumpy and lazy. Short handed staff, I can understand. Not understandable is the decision to not have showers available for whatever reason. Perhaps the manager could make ready the showers. If you have any other options - use them.

If you do not have to stop here, Please Don't! Very unsanitary both the lot and facilities. If i could rate it less than i would have.

Never been treated like a criminal, until I stopped here. The manager called cops on me for moving products from trailer random to drive axel. Threatened trespass charges on me I will never go back and I hope this goes wild in the trucking world I was trying to get legal weights and was told to leave the property or get arrested

This place offers many amenities, This was how trucking was before your 1 day/1 week tractor trailer you-tube truckers! Know before you go, am best provides free shower for fueling cust. With all this Gibberish talk, Kinda makes me thirsty for a visit to the Gear-Jammer! Remember Kiddo's, If you cant find em, Grind em! Reviews, I take em w/grain of salt, It's what you make of it!

I almost didn't come here due to the reviews read, however, I did. The showers are $12 + $5 key deposit same as few others I been too, showers had good pressure, was nice and clean. C-Store food was cheaper than I pay at pilot or flying j. I don't know bout the restaurant, didn't eat there. Parking is free. However, parking does fill up fast.

It was a place to park. Prices on menu, higher than other truck stops. Not much to choose from in store and the coffee sucked. Shower price was also higher. Waited till next stop for shower.

Big parking area but always very busy. Restaurant food is edible better tasting and prices than what they serve at the Outback. The lot isn't kept very clean and the showers aren't great either.

This place has the worst showers by far of any truck stop I have been to. If I hadn't just absolutely needed one, I would have passed. The worst part was that the young fellow who "cleaned" it, was in and out in 3 mins... And he forgot to take the garbage out, which looked like it hadn't been emptied in a while... Very disgusting to say the least. I will never stop there again especially to take a shower.
