Great location sitting right above Avila and Point San Luis with big views of the marina and ocean. Super clean spacious sites - not at all a parking lot. Nice privacy, full service and really good front office. It鈥檚 expensive but we found the views, privacy and cleanliness worth it. As a tip, go to Mersea restaurant in the pier nearby.

Beautiful newer resort with spectacular ocean views. Sites are all back in with plenty of room for extra vehicle parking nearby the site. Each site has a wonderful gas fire pit and picnic table on a concrete patio. Sites are higher priced than we normally like to pay, but it was worth the extra money for our holiday splurge. The resort is located up on the side of a hill at Avila Beach. A close walk or drive to Port San Luis Harbor and Avila Beach. Just fyi the non hook up, slightly less expensive, 鈥渂each front鈥� sites have an incredible view and are lower on the hillside than the other sites, but are definitely not located on the actual beach. Beach is a short hike away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They stay in contact via a text message system that we found very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Spectacular views from this one year old RV park. You are up on a hill overlooking Avila Beach and surrounding waters. True there is no pool, but there is a beautiful ocean viewable from every campsite. I芒鈧�鈩�d say this more than compensates for the lack of a pool. Bathrooms are as nice as any I芒鈧�鈩�ve come across anywhere. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Nice views. Expense for the state of the park. They charge an extra $10 resort fee and no resort. No pool, no hot tub. Price is way out of line for the quality of park.
