Great place to stay while in the area! Thomas is a wonderful host and very helpful when or first booking had to be cancelled and rescheduled. A helpful hint, do not book your stay through CampSpot. Best to go directly through Thomas at Mountain Ranch to avoid any future issues that could cause. Thankfully Thomas helped us immensely in getting changes worked out. But had we booked directly with him we’d have saved ourselves a lot of grief with CampSpot.. Lesson learned on our behalf.

Great little 4 RV Park. Close to I-40 & Walmart. Great internet. No amenedies but has full hookups. Close enough for day trips to Smokey Mountain or Asheville
