We were looking for a place to stay after visiting beaches in Georgetown and Phippsburg beaches and before shopping LLBean and the many outlets stores in Freeport. We travel in a 25 foot self-contained motor home. We stayed a weeknight in late June. The signs says max 24-hour stay and no camping. From talking to others who'd stayed previously, overnight stays are ok, while opening slides, setting up tables, cooking in the parking lot, etc. is discouraged. We stayed. It was a quiet night. There were at least 8 other RVs. Some places are more level than others. There're good ATT and Verizon cell signals. It was a short walk to the stores. There's a free dump station at the Freeport Sewer District. They ask that you call first - 207-865-3540.

Sites are unlevel and signage makes it seem like there is no overnight camping asked an LL Bean manager and he assured us that you can overnight but not for more than 24 hour. Several to there were boondocking with us for the night.

Nothing fancy. LL Bean doesn’t allow boondocking in their parking lots so this lot is City of Freeport. Five minute walk to the flagship store.
