Bathrooms were filthy. No toilet paper, no paper towels.

This is a great overnight RV park, concrete pads at most sites, pretty level, open sky if you need a satellite. Price is a bit high but it has open spots even on holiday weekends

We wanted to like this place. It seemed new, new owners and just getting started. We felt a bit misled when we got there. We seriously thought we were in the wrong place from the pictures we saw. It was a pretty basic place, with what appeared to be a fair amount of full time residents. We ended up not using the laundry (busy, lots of people coming and going, most smoking), not using the wifi everyone raved about in reviews (it didn’t even come up until our second day there), and never actually talking to anyone from the park. We had one of the nicer sites (17), with FHU and a concrete slab. But again, we’re confused because there was birdseed, kitty litter and a welcome mat on the slab like someone was there and just vacated for us. Overall, it was okay, but we wouldn’t stay again.

Very expensive for what it is. One row of spots without ANY trees on ($45) and a row with trees ($55). No discounts. Should’ve been cheaper for what it was. It was quiet and we couldn’t hear the freeway noise. When we called to see if we could have a later checkout they said take all the time we needed because no one was coming for that spot so that was very nice (checkout was 11, we stayed until 3). Did go to Ponce de Leon State Park (be careful when googling- FL has TWO springs named after the Spaniard- Ponce de Leon Springs State Park & De Leon Springs State Park). We went to the springs, had 2 rv parking spots,$4 for parking (gave a $5 and he said they don’t do change but I could donate the buck to the park). It was close to the RV park and a nice cool dip.

Nice new park. Clean and owner was very friendly. Easy off interstate. Great place to stay if traveling through. Had a dirt site that was pull through and plenty large to stay connected. Cable tv worked. Will stay again going home. Dollar Store next door to get supplies.

Looks like they are recovering from the hurricanes still. Kind of still rustic. Some spots have new concrete slabs. Others dirt and coral rock. Power and water look new. Paid $45 plus tax. A little to high for what you get. Better price would be $30 or less. Diesel price near the highway was $2.75 gal.
