Very nice and clean campground/resort. Not a typical type of place we would stay at but glad we did. Close to Rocky Mtn NP and the views are beautiful. Prices are high but you get what you pay for! Would stay again.

Resort is BIG you really need a bike or the golf cart to get around. Entering this place is almost like entering a huge amusement park. Check in is easy with drive up windows. Lots of amenities, pool bar/restaurant, store. Ponds. Quite a bit of construction yet and as it芒鈧劉s new and really no trees or shade. The sites are really nice flat concrete pads. Showers are nice. They have a separate entrance with a small bathroom. Very private. Only thing about this park which maybe a personal preference is this does not feel like a natural setting. It almost feels like you are parked on a gigantic parking lot. Not a forested area so not the 芒鈧揷amping芒鈧 experience we are used to. Once the park is finished maybe different.

What芒鈧劉s not to like! Everything is new and while some areas are under development it didn芒鈧劉t interfere with our experience. The amenities were great for our kids 12 and under. Plenty of other families and kids running around. It was nice to be between Rocky Mountain National and Winter Park. The staff were helpful, they escort you into your site. Bring your bikes or we ended up renting the golf cart once we were there since the campsites are good distance from the amenities.
