A Marine and his wife bought the Park a few years ago and cleaned it up. It has a Store, level spaces and full hookups. It芒鈧劉s in a good location for sightseeing, skiing, hunting, fishing etc. Grand Mesa is 25 min away and you芒鈧劉ll pass Powderhorn Ski Resort. The Town of Colburn is
12 miles away with a back entrance to the Forests and Lakes of Grand Mesa up FS 121.
It does have some full time and seasonal residents. We were there twice.
