Kind and helpful staff, safe and secure park with very convenient hookups. Definitely not a budget rate but as a break from boondocking it was a nice stop to recover and reload. Do be mindful of how close you are to the railroad tracks though. Not a lot of traffic but fairly loud when it comes.

Immaculately clean, efficient and friendly. Great location in town, quiet (except for train). Great showers!

Excellent RV campground! Level sites. Thoughtfully organized and beautifully run. Generous, clean, newly constructed shower house. The people are friendly and it鈥檚 very pleasant. Secure, too. A sorely needed oasis in in Alamosa. Be sure to take the path to downtown restaurants. There鈥檚 quite a variety and they鈥檙e only a few minutes walk away. Worth every penny!

We stayed here in September of 2021. It is a really nice park within walking distance of the town. We only stayed 2 nights as we were passing through and were visiting Great White Sands NP. Other campgrounds in the area didn芒鈧劉t seem nearly as nice when we drove by them.

Site was ok. People cut in line and there is no regard for who is next to check in. They may be 2-3 rigs behind you and just drive around like you芒鈧劉re not sitting there. Personnel In the office do not want to hear about it nor take any responsibility for who is next in line to check in. It then Causes Check in process to take 20 minutes which is ridiculous. Rules were read to us like we were illiterate, we were then forced to 芒鈧揹emonstrate芒鈧 the ability to punch in a code to the bathroom door we told her we would not be using. We had never camped where we were treated as if we were stupid prior to this episode. When draining tanks the next morning we find animal excrement at the back of our rig and we do not have a pet.

This is a new RV campground. It芒鈧劉s a diamond in the rough!! A great spot right in town. Close to The Great Sand Dunes National Park. The Fort Garland Museum and a great spot to see Creede Co
The campground is fenced for security with after hours access codes at the gate. Nice pull throughs and super friendly staff. Kudos to Angela !!

For a mountain desert campground this was very nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Had 90 ft pull through. I have a 45 ft DP with a 23 ft trailer and entrance and departure was very easy. There was a well kept 10 ft wide strip of grass outside of each site. This was great for sitting out on our lawn chairs. Had great water pressure. Had WiFi but we used our Verizon which was a full signal and very fast. Trees are very young so satellite reception was good. Access to Great Sand Dunes National Park was about 45 minutes but an easy drive. We passed several parks on the way there and they looked pretty rough. Had a gated entry for security. Would definitely return if we ever return to the area.

It was nice not being out on hold long to make reservation. Was able to get in last minute for a pull through. A very thorough and nice check in. Felt safe nestled in business area. A very clean site.

Nice park with several pull through sites. Lots of room. Sadly I paid $6 a day for dogs (stayed 4 nights), plus $53 a night. Expensive. Good location and quiet. Came for the train which went bankrupt. Friendly staff. I芒鈧劉d stay here again.
