I gave this place a 4 because the owner was very friendly and helpful. It is mostly a pass through campground , with contractors staying full time. Everyone was friendly, full svc, campground has no restrooms. Safe place to catch some sleep.

Stayed here overnight passing though, very quiet - no hwy noise, very easy to get to - right off hwy 40. Mari (new owner 719-342-2183) was super nice and helpful. Nice grass lots. Some residence live close by, but this is a great place to stay. No bathroom but we were able to use a vacant units bathroom since it wasn’t currently occupied. Overall, very nice place to stay for passing through.

It's a mobile home park on one side and a RV Park on the other. Good place for an overnight or base camp. Large level sites with plenty of room. Full hook-ups. Call the owner, Kay, ahead of time to meet you there. Cash only.
