We were looking for a seasonal campground and thought we would try The Homestead. The sites were decent size but the grass was not cuts or more so weeds at the site. We chose this one particular over Memorial weekend as it did have heated pool. Due to the pump being broken we weren't able to use at all. I would have considered coming back for a weekend until the final night. Kids were out playing and started getting bullied by the owners nephews. The parents of the kids took no responsibility and basically stated my brother in law owns this place we'll get you kicked out. Little do thet know they just lost their family not 1 potential seasonal site but 4. So unless your family be carful where your kids are and hanging out with.

We stated here for a few days while visiting friends. The price was good w/PA, we had a pull thru site which was plenty big enough for big rigs. There is a dirt road to the park and the sites are dirt & gravel. None of this was an issue but we felt like we were in a big, dry field. They have a pool we didnt use so we cant comment, but no dog park even though it is plenty big enough. Lots of seasonal, annual folks but they had nicer grass areas then we did. Lots of potential here to create a better looking park. park. We probably wouldnt stay again.

We found a real gem near a lake. The place is an old homestead and they have been in business for a few years. The place was not near a lake but it had a swimming pool and was quiet at night. The views of the prairie land was mesmerizing in the evening. Greg and Beth keep the place neat and clean. Ice is just a phone call away. We spent a restful week and did a bit of cycling around the area.

Just okay. We needed something for the night after leaving NW metro area and I called all the campgrounds along the route to Fargo. This one had an opening. Great! They are 30 miles off the interstate (not quite on the way to Fargo). That was my fault because it’s hard to tell in this app what distances actually are. They were very kind. Wanted to know when we’d be there because they would be ready to show us to our site. It’s an old farmstead that’s been converted to a campground. You actually use the owners driveway to gain access to the campground. Sites were sloping and gravel. Our front jacks were maxed out and had to put blocks under the front tires. They had a small pool which looked newer, but we didn’t try it out as it was cool when we left and we arrived too late at night to try. This was one of the few I called that had 50 amp service. Nothing special about this one and no store to shop for supplies.
