Very Friendly. Lots of full timers but a number of temp spaces. Good hookups. Has trees and is a little off the highway. Was a great overnight stop. Make sure you get wifi password before you get there if coming late. Verizon data there is a bit thin.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Park clean with concrete slabs Has all amenities including wi-do and cable. Good reception and speed. Bathroom looks newly remodeled. Could use more hooks or a place to set your shampoos,etc. the bathrooms have private showers and toilets. Only 2. Park is easy to get to. About 4 miles off I-10. Didn’t give 5 stars because I never do but it is a good park and will stay again.

Owners are as nice as it comes. Property well maintained, laundry area is CLEAN. Bathrooms are spacious and CLEAN. I stayed 2 months, if ever in the area again, this would be my 1st choice. Large concrete pads, sewer, water, cable. 5 STARS.
