The owner met us at the site he was very friendly he said we could take any spot we wanted so we backed into the beautiful oak tree. He didn芒鈧劉t have water that day because he has a leak so hopefully that will be fixed soon. The train is a little bit noisy but it芒鈧劉s OK in the RV we said fine 30 amp service but we did well. The spot we chose was the best one and the other spots are pretty open to the sun going down so it芒鈧劉s a little bit harsh. Not a bad place I wish him luck
