Giving this a very low rating due to the costly night stay +$100/night and the overall care and ambience of the campground. The sites aren’t level and the area just outside entry into your RV is dirt. The grounds are minimally kept, the garbage is a distance from the campground, and their own rules are not adhered to. This could be a nice campground with a lot of TLC, then a five star for $100/night.

Smaller campground for RVs, didn’t see any pull through sites. We did fit our 42’ fifth wheel into the back-in site with parking the truck along side of the camper. Site was un-level. All made up for by the beautiful creek side path and bar area with overlook deck. Amazing fall colors in the surrounding trees.

We arrived without issue and we’re assigned site 41. Parked our 39’ fifth wheel in the site no problem. The electric, water, and sewer hookups are fine. Looking forward to the Main Office bar and pizza service!

Skip it! Many sites will be a big challenge to level a MH and some are up hill to the sewer connection! Had to sign to acknowledge each park rule on Check-in. In my opinion, 2 star at best and horribly over priced for what is provided.

Excellent staff. The girl at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. She provided us with many recommendations of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. We stayed two nights in one of the 2 electric only areas. The bathrooms are very clean and nice. They are also key coded which is a nice touch. Very close to the city of Marquette and plenty of space in between sites. Great office with a bar and gift shop. Six packs to go is an added bonus. Wi-Fi is good and AT&T coverage is 4 bars of LTE. Can not say enough good things about this campground.

We have stayed here twice in a 24’ 2016 Navion 24G with a Chevy Spark toad. Yup, the sites are all back-in, and some are not very level, however we still consider this one of the nicer RV parks we’ve experienced. It is difficult to find good RV parks close to Marquette. This one is tucked into a little valley on Marquette Mountain (a ski area in the winter) with the attractive Carp River running through it. It is well-forested and quiet. The facilities are new and landscaping and cleaning are continuous. We were, frankly, sorry to see this relatively new park get picked-up on the various websites; we wanted to “keep it to ourselves)!

Stopped here for an overnight in a 45 foot motorhome with a Tow car. The office area was very nice and clean, very friendly. But I have to write this on being a Campground that’s where the problem started. All the sites are back in only. All of the sites are very unlevel . We carry level pads and blocks could not get level. We tried three different sites. Finally the last site we pulled all the way to the front of the pad. We were level enough to get the slides out. But then the sewer hose and electric would not reach. We were more than 30 feet away from the connections. My thought would be start spending the money on improving the camping area instead of the office. Unless you are camping in a tent or pop up camper you may have a problem
