No longer a PA and overpriced for what you get. Looks like mostly permanent residents and water was not potable for drinking or cooking. We could have saved nearly $40 by just boondocking at the truck stop, since we had the noise anyway.

We had no issues during our stay. This is a no frills park. Narrow dirt sites with full hookups. Our site was rutted but we leveled without problems. Would stay here if it was muddy. Easy access to I-40 so the highway noise is loud. The RV Park sign does not say Take it Easy but navigation app brought us to the correct location. Winslow square was cute and fun. Ate at Relic Road and everything was great. We also visited the nearby Homol’ovi state park and Little Painted Desert County Park. Very scenic. If you just need a place to sleep it will do fine. We have Passport America so only paid $20/night. Would not pay $40 due to location and small sites.

Staff was friendly. No bathrooms. Hookups were new. Sites very tight. Very close to I40 so a lot of highway . Was overall ok to spend the one night we needed on our travels.

It’s perfect for what it is. A quick and easy overnight stay. The owners are friendly and helpful, the roads are wide, and the hookups are very serviceable. It’s very close to the freeway (easy access) and railroad but because of the topography, the noise is minimal. I would definitely stay there again.

Easy access off I-40. Dirt lots. Full hook-ups. No trees. Didn't find the toilets. Stayed for two nights...one night too long. Passport America rates made it a worthwhile stop for sure!
