Clean park with spotless bathrooms and laundry. Big rig friendly, 30/50 amp at every site. About 15 pull throughs easy in and out. Loved the fishing pond with no license needed. Best park around the Texarkana area. Paid $27 with good Sam discount. WiFi was one of the best we have experienced at a rv park. No problem with our 40;ft. Motorhome with toad. Highly recommended, we will stop again!

This place has been open only 2 yrs. clean and well manicured. There are a few long term residents but mostly one or two night stopovers. Nice couple running it. Would definitely use again for a stopover.

Brand new within the last two years. Very clean. Easy to get to. Friendly and helpful service. Have a very cool fishing dock, and dog exercising fenced in area. Will definitely come again on our trip to the Rio Grand Valley next year.
