We absolutely loved our stay in this rv resort. They have many terraced sites creating a beautiful layout. The rv sits in gravel but was very level with a concrete pad for a patio. The pool facilities (2) are great with one lap pool. The main pool has tons of seating areas with firepits and heat lamps they are more than happy to turn on. There’s also a small bar / restaurant on site that was great. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful resort. Everything was clean. Used laundry room 2 times and everything worked great. Large spaces. Expensive but worth it. Cheaper sites you can get for $75-80/n and just as nice.

This is what an RV resort should be. We stayed here when it first opened and came back Nov 2020. We were disappointed at the maintenance of this first class RV park, table was filthy fire pit was full of ashes and had trash in it , pad was dusty. These are little things that are easy to prep for new arrivals.this place is very expensive and sun resorts should do a better job. I would have given it less stars if not for the great location. Sites are a really good size. Amenities are nice but not all open mid week/off season. COVID also impacted some amenities-not their fault.

This place is amazing. Beautiful and clean. Two pools, playground, golf cart and bike rentals. Lots of kids and families.

We stayed here in July to catch a concert at the Mid State Fair. The location of this site was perfect, about 10 minutes from the fair and downtown Paso Robles. As stated in other reviews, the sites are nice and spacious. We have a 30 ft travel trailer with two slides and no clearance issues. The location is new so the trees are still small and don’t provide shade. There are lots of oak trees on and around the property but not on the camp sites.
The weather was nice during our stay. Cool and cloudy in the morning with 80’s during the day.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The main clubhouse and pool area gets pretty busy. The Bistro restaurant tends to the pool guests as well as walk-ins so be prepared for a wait during busy months. Food was good. Restrooms and showers were clean.
The main check in area has a small store with very few camping supplies. There is a Lowe’s about a 1/4 mile from the campground and a Wal Mart about 10 mins out if you need supplies. The campground has a propane filling station on site.

Nice new upscale park.. Sites are spacious and flat. Decomposed granite in parking area with concrete patios. Each site has a nice covered fire pit. Good WiFi coverage. Nice heated pool, lap pool, jacuzzi, bistro with bar, wine tasting Friday evenings, and lots of other amenities. It is a little pricey but you get quite a bit for your money. There is no grass at the sites and most of the trees are small so it might be pretty hot in the summer.

This is a gorgeous new resort. Spacious and mostly level sites that include fire pits.. It is build into a hill and the ones at the top, near the entrance have some pretty nice views. Clubhouse, fitness center and the pools are all very nice. WiFi was adequate for web browsing. We stayed over anew years and attended a New Year’s Eve party. I’d say the staff still has some learning to do on managing events like that. Overall a bit pricey, but one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at and very convenient to wine tasting in the area and the cute downtown.

Wow, we have just done three months driving an rv around America and we are so grateful we got to be here for 2 nights. Spacious sites, flat sites, fireplace, picnic table, ... the staff so courteous and friendly. The laundromat was clean and so easy to use. The two swimming pools fantastic, and we enjoyed the over all atmosphere... thank you, we will be back
