Since it鈥檚 been sold to a corporation quality of park has declined. Has turned into a concrete parking lot. Pools are clean but when it鈥檚 hot the concrete is on fire. Staff is not understanding and clubhouse has turned into a storage room. It use to be a 5:00 somewhere place. If it wasn鈥檛 for the beach there would be no reason to stay here at the over priced rates. Landscaping is not taken care of. Won鈥檛 stay here again. So sad but corporation just want to suck the money out of parks for returns no caring about there customers.

Nice facilities. Bathroom and showers were clean. The pool is clean and a nice size with tables and chairs on the pool deck. Nice location because it鈥檚 directly across the road from the beach and there is a Waffle House next door. Be sure to tell the waitress at the Waffle House that you鈥檙e staying next door and you鈥檒l receive a 10% discount. Now the not so good. In my opinion I would stay away during 鈥淏lack Spring Break鈥濃�︹�︹�� yes, this is a thing and you can Google it. There are thousands of young people drinking, smoking pot and fighting, and there was even a police officer shot not too many yards away near the adjacent surf shop. With all the people running in panic after the shots were fired, some people started running through the RV park and past our RV. Of course this brought dozens and dozens of police cars with sirens. It took several hours to get control of the scene and clear the area. The chaos required the RV park employees to arm themselves and wear ballistic vests. We appreciated the extra security that the RV park provided. We would definitely stay here when 鈥淏lack Spring Break鈥� is not going on with thousands of people blocking the roads and all the problems that come with crowds.

Nice , clean park. Easy to get to. Compared to other parks we saw along the beach front, this is far superior. Stayed 2 nights. Nice pool area. There are a lot of trains that go by, but Biloxi is not a big town so you芒鈧�鈩�re going to hear them from anywhere in town. Did not find them bothersome. We stayed in the park area across the street from the office area and the spaces were very adequate. Office area spaces looked pretty close.

High quality campground. Very well taken care of. Tight spaces but not too tight. We didn芒鈧�鈩�t spend a lot of time at the campground but spent time on the very close by beach and exploring stores in the area. Restaurants nearby were excellent if you like carry out rather than camper cooking. Very friendly staff. Nice facilities. And luckily neighbors during our stay were great!

Love this resort. Brad is a great customer service employee. I was supposed to come in on Saturday, I could because I couldn芒鈧�鈩�t leave the gulf shores area as I was waiting on a package! All my meds priority mail, took 9 days. Brad worked with me & just kept moving my check in date. Now that we are here we want to stay longer. Very clean resort.

I agree with everything below. We stayed for 3 nights and loved the park. We paid $65/night. Even agreed with the statement about the Waffle House. Would definitely come back.

Nice RV spot. Good hookups, clean park, level pads, a bit tight and very pricey. Very nice people, great bathrooms and shower. There is a nice pool and porch area with chairs and tables where you can view the beach. It is right on the beach with a road in between. You can walk across to the beautiful beach. Will come back, just wished the price was around $50-60 a night. We paid $89.

Nice and very clean. Negatives have been mentioned such as train noise. Also there is a good bit of road noise so be aware of that when booking site. No type of 芒鈧�艙camp store芒鈧�聺 but you are close to Walmart and a mall. Woke up early every morning by yappy dogs being walked and the senior dog owners not carrying about others. Wish there was monitoring by park owners early in the morning. Even one left in RV barking. Would have been very aggravating if weather had been more conditions had been more conducive to being outside. Nice view of beach from the nice pool area. Did like the level sites. No fire pits , but propane pits and portable pits allowed Stayed several days including New Years

Park is new and all sites are concrete pads and patios. Not much room between sites only a couple feet. Park across street from beach and easy access. There is a train track that runs behind park most days you don芒鈧�鈩�t notice but some days they seem to get busier but all the parks are by this track that are near beach.
