Location, location, location, has it's benefits and drawbacks. This location allows you to bypass Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and most of Gatlinburg. Also, easy access to all three and to Dollywood and Bush's beans homestead. We stayed at Site 16 from 7/18 to 7/25. Site is paved, flat, FHU including cable, although we got better TV reception from our Antenna. Nice, beautiful pool. Clean 1 complete bathroom for per gender, keyless entry, bolt lock on inside, very nice, large. Laundry room, 1 washer, 1 dryer, we did not use. No playground, no dog area, although there is enough area to walk your dog. Most sites are spacious, all paved, some on the river bank. Gas station at entrance. The biggest drawback is road noise was constant. This is a small gated community, comfortable feel. Managers were accessible even though this was remote run camp most of the time. We would stay again.

A rare five star from me. The former Duvall in the Smokies is now Buddy Bear in the Smokies. All sites are paved. Good WiFi. Easy to make reservations without the usual thirty questions. Verizon LTE full bars. This is a good find.

This is my first time in the Smokies. This campground is the cleanest one I've ever stayed at. The sites are spacious, with a grill and fire pit at each site. The owners live on site and treat guests like family. Once a month there is a band and entertainment. This month they had a potter giving lessons. The laundry and bathhouse are cleaner than a lot of homes I have been in. They do not have breed restriction for dogs. The owners take security seriously. With video cameras and a gate that needs a code to enter. They are close enough to Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough from the noise and traffic that you can relax after a day at Dollywood.

We rate Duvall's a Five Star and if there was anything better we'd choose it. We discovered this awesome RV Park/Campground about two years ago. It really is like home away from home with all the excitements and extras nearby. We have a 40' class A motorhome with a tow dolly. We have always had plenty of space, when we do the back in space we unload on the main street in front of us, otherwise we stay in a pull-thru. Little Pigeon River runs the full length of the backside of the campground - it is so peaceful and serene. Swings, gliders, picnic tables and lights are spaced appropriately along the creek bank...making it feel like a homey backyard. Leon and Alais are the owners and secretly must be from the south - they are so nice and obliging. We fell in love with the two of them on our first visit and each time we leave we find ourselves anxiously awaiting our return visit...which will be again in a few weeks. BTW, there is an eagle's nest within a few yards and we enjoy seeing it almost daily. There is a bath house, laundry and cabins on the property with gated security. We hope you give Duvall's a visit and post a review of how you enjoyed it. Grady & Cathy, Alabama

Can芒鈧劉t say enough great things about this park. We have been RVing since 2010 and it is one of the best we have stayed in. Alais and Leon are super owners. Friendly and always so helpful. The park is very very clean. We have a 43芒鈧劉 class A with a tow and had no problems driving in and unhooking in the large pull throughs. The river in the park is wonderful. Took the dog swimming each day. Cold and so clear. Didn芒鈧劉t see any extreme currents. Plenty of fish. Saw and eagle and hawks and a flock of fees flew on the river. Close to everything and especially if you go the back roads you miss all the traffic mess in Pigeon Force. New Walmart food market less then a mile. Small store just outside the park a very short walk up the hill has great breakfast biscuits and any quick items. Super WiFi. Great security great lighting at night. Hate to keep saying such great things because once the word gets out this park will stay packed.Going back in October. Highly recommend this park.

I must reiterate what other reviewers have said...It芒鈧劉s a fantastic place. It芒鈧劉s super clean. It has a playground area for the kids. We stayed on site #10 right on the river. There are hammocks, chairs and benches along the river to relax and enjoy. The river front area is lit all night. All of the sites are asphalt. They have some pull-through sites in the middle. Lots of security cameras to keep you safe. There is an electronic gate at the entrance. There is a 24 hour gas station-store at the entrance that has hot food most of the day. The pizza was really good! If you are towing a car, stop beside the gas station before you enter the gate to unhitch. There isn芒鈧劉t a good place to do it in the campground. The one bath house is for the small cabins. Every site has full hookup and you are expected to have your own facilities. The river access and kayaks are awesome. The price is the best in the area. Pros: new, super clean, paved, secure, right in the river Cons: a little further away from the 芒鈧揳ction芒鈧 in Pigeon Forge (a pro for us). It芒鈧劉s right on a pretty swift small river, a concern for small kids. Our new 芒鈧揼o to芒鈧 place for the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area.

We really enjoyed this campground Leon and his wife were very accommodating. The campsites are immaculate And well spaced out. We stayed one night in the cabin which I would also recommend. Would return to this site if you芒鈧劉re ever in the area again

Absolutely loved this campground. It is less than a year old so everything is still new and clean. It is decorated with that Smoky mountain charm. They are adding on 3 more acres that will include a pool and amphitheater. We can芒鈧劉t wait to go back and see what progress they芒鈧劉ve made. Everything is paved and very level. We will always try to stay here when we visit the area.

We are currently sitting here, on the brand new gliders by the river. This is a new park, and the owners are doing a beautiful job turning it into their dream of what an RV park should be. I think it is fair not to take anything away for construction that is going on, because they are quiet in how they are doing it. They are currently doubling the number of sites, adding bathhouses, adding cabins... The picnic tables at each site are heavy and high quality, and each site is a full hookup. The owners are charming and when they say that they hope to be the place where you come in the Smokies, they mean it. Their price for full hookup is amazing, and with the exception of a small amount of road noise, it is quiet. They offer kayaks to borrow, and there is a wagon in front of the office, stocked with firewood that is split and bundled- including kindling. Firewood, laundry- all are on the honor system. I pray that they don芒鈧劉t learn to regret that decision. We already know that we will be back.

Great new park, river sites available and free use of kayaks and such. Picnic table and firepit at each site. Sites are asphalt. Friendly helpful owners, nearby Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to take the backroads into the smokies National Park, some road noise. They work on the honor system. If you did laundry ($2 per load)or picked up firewood ($4 per bundle) just keep a tally and tell them when checking out. Not all the facilities have been built yet. No bathrooms or shower area yet. It will be in the next phase. Laundry was only one washer and dryer. Overall we would stay again.
