Really appreciated all the communication prior to our arrival during a very busy time in this area due to it being in the path of the total eclipse, which was why we came here. The park is not fancy but well maintained. Most of the sites are back in and it seemed the west side sites along the creek (odd numbers) were more desirable..larger, shadier and away from the very busy highway. The highway noise was really the only negative
