Fantastic location, impeccably clean, beautiful view of the river, delightful friendly staff - very welcoming, and GREAT Fly Shop!

Campground was recently refurbished. Very nice, level sites with partial shade. Dry camping areas available for truck campers, tents, vans and groups. I asked to dry camp in the group area but was directed to the FHU section to park my 30' fifth wheel. Plenty of room for big rigs to maneuver; call ahead to confirm a big rig site is available. Reservations must be made on the website not over the phone. Slightly higher weekend rate, call for monthly rate. Verizon signal good to excellent. I deducted a star for road noise. I plan to return for a guided fly fish trip.

Nice out of the way place, Veil and Mark are very accommodating and are likely the best Fly Guide company you’re ever going to find, we’ll be back!

Lovely campground, the owner Vale and his staff are the nicest people. A lot of fly fisherman stay here, very relaxed and shaded sites. Currently only 4 hookup rv sites but he is expanding the grounds adding 20 more! The only thing that could have been better was that it is pretty close to the road so you hear the traffic but the plethora of birds singing drown it out! Highly recommend

Very restful and quiet campground, the owners were very nice and friendly, and helpful, very shaded and grass areas for the camper, enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we passed there way

Beautiful grassy shaded sites. Friendly and helpful owner. Water and electric hookups were available as promised. Quiet guests - mostly fishermen. Public toilet is a portable. Fly shop is open and knowledgeable. Short 5 minute drive and park to fish the Deschutes.
