Saturday, after our travel plans were changed due to circumstances beyond our control, my husband was tasked with making reservation changes for the upcoming leg of our trip. He mistakenly called this park instead of the park in the city we were going to and made reservations for Wed - Sun the following week. Once we got back to the RV and saw our notes about our planned itinerary we recognized the mistake and he called first thing on Sunday to cancel the reservation. The office was closed but he left a message and then called again on Monday morning. He was told they got his message but there was a strict no refund policy. He requested the manager but was told she was unavailable but the person answering the phone said she would ask. He called later in the day to check but the manager had just left and had said no to his request. Our advice is to steer clear of a location with such stringent policies and disregard for potential guests that they would not consider refunding a reservation less than 24 hours in the making and more than 3 days out from arrival. Oh and if you decide to stay there, make sure not to make a mistake when dealing with them.
