Way too small spots, very narrow. In fact our neighbors slide-outs stick into our area. We have a class B van and I am not happy with how close together the spots are. Spots are only sort of level. It’s all rock and gravel. The power and water are *way* along the back so you need a long cord if your power on your rig is not at the rear. No picnic tables in the RV sites (wouldn’t be enough room for them anyway). The day use park is nice. For what you pay this is a terrible RV park. It’s only redeeming feature is its location. Captive audience I guess. Oh, and my reservation info from Reaerve America didn’t include the bathroom door codes.

Expensive, sites not level but not too bad. Require reservations, even for drop-Ins, through recreation.gov which adds $10 fee. Quiet at night, St. Vrain River nearby.

Gorgeous park with lots of family friendly amenities. Park hosts were kind and not annoying. The sites are extremely slim with hardly enough room for slides and no campfires or grills. However, the Park makes up for it. The Town of Lyons is a delight, cute downtown, bike paths and library.

Great clean park, easy access for trailers and campers. All back in sites. Allows both RV and Tent sites with clean showers and restrooms. One night stay was $40. Fishing within steps of the campsite along with a beautiful park to hang out in. Dog friendly. Short walk to nearby restaurants. It was a great place for a quick overnight trip from Denver.
