Great campground next to beautiful river, very quiet. Karen is a great host and makes fantastic chili and the best home made pizza! I highly recommend this campground

Wonderful campground in Glennallen alaska. Riverfront, creeksites. Excellent wifi. The cleanest showers in the state. Quiet, peaceful. Fire rings and picnic tables at every site. Owners are hands on, accessible. Sites are well maintained. Campground well maintained. Just a wonderful time in Tolsona Campground. The lodge itself is a beauty of history. Little gift shop, little tavern. I will come back --- did mention great fishing in the Tolsona Creek.

This was our second stop this summer. As before we found the people exceptionally friendly and helpful. They continue to upgrade the grounds. They are on a river and they own property that has access on a small pond one can Canoe on. One can see ducks, beavers, other birds and possibly moose on it. We will definitely stop there again when visiting AK

This is a "Roadhouse" with quite an interesting history. The office/lounge area is very rustic and charming, the current owners are doing a great job restoring it. They're changing it to an RV campground while keeping its historical aura. The older campsites are on the river, an excellent setting! They were smallish in size but adequate. The new ones being put in are larger. They offer an opportunity for canoeing on a small lake where one can see beaver ducks and multiple other birds with an outside chance of a moose. The owners are untoolgreat people who give the place a friendly atmosphere and they bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed there 7/14 & 15 2018. It is a work in process and I will stay again when in the area.

I forgot to add they have cabins, and all RV sites are Pull thru full hook up water sewer and electric

There are tent sites. There is no maximum size, big rig friendly. Has a bar and liquor store. Serves Food. Best place on the Glenn Hwy.
