Ideal location about two blocks from the Gulf. Very tidy park. Cement parking space with full hookup (no cable). WIFI was average. Included restroom and free washer and dryer. No showers. Very peaceful neighborhood. Registration was easy and the owners were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a quiet park, well kept. No dog park but an area to walk your pet. A short walk to the beach. The spaces are close but you should be spending your time at the beach! We only stayed one night but will be back next year! Looks like they are expanding also. Everyone was nice.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this park, it is just not an RV Resort. With that said it is as good, in my opinion, better than the other options on the Boulivar Peninsula. This place has paved sites with grass in between sites. Good luck with finding that in other RV Parks around here. Office staff is nice and helpful., Electric, Water and sewer work as advertised WIFI is fast and strong. We do not use the restrooms and showers thus have no clue about them. Sites are level but all sites on the Boulivar Peninsula are/will be level.
