A very nice, well kept park. They are currently expanding to over 500 sites. I knocked one star off because of their lack of security. At this price point, there should be a gate that closes each night or on-site security patrols. We’ve stayed here on three separate occasions and each time we’ve seen more and more non-campers driving through at night.

Great Place. Clean and well maintained. Concrete Sites are wide and long. Easy in and out. Office staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Easy check in. Pools are nice. Can’t wait to come back.

Very nice park with good amenities. Due to Covid, certain amenities were closed, but the laundry and bathrooms were open and very clean. The park is well laid out and kept clean. The staff cleaned sites as people left, this level was probably a direct reaction to Covid. In our experience, the staff ere nice and helpful. The other campers were friendly. The campground is located within easy driving of the beach, shopping & restaurants. Should you want to get to a larger city, Mobile and Pensacola were about equidistant and less than an hour away. We stayed at the park for 13 days in late Dec 2020 and are planning on a return trip.

Beautiful park, it’s very well kept. All staff was extremely friendly. All sites are easy to get in and out. Centrally located to everything. Will stay again.

I agree with the other reviews, very nice park. If you depend on secure wifi you will not get it from the park, it is a fast but unsecure wifi service. If you depend on AT&T this is the worst service from AT&T I have seem anywhere in a long time. Terrible phone service, horribly slow data service over cellular. Less than 1% of the speed we get at home. Hope it gets better because we want to come back.

We have stayed at Pandion Ridge a number of times. It’s a very well thought out resort. Great Level concrete pads, both pull-thru as well as back in. You can axcess the wonderful State Park by a walkway and then the entire park, great for hiking, biking, running, etc. We like the location close to the beach and fine dining. They have great WIFI, all sites are satellite friendly, tables, well manicured, we will return. Terrific staff as well as the Pools, clubhouse, etc. We camped in a 45’ motorhome.

We found this RESORT and left the other campground we were staying at. Forfeiting 2 nights. This is a true RV resort with all the amenities you would expect. Beautiful pool. Nice large level concrete pads and sites. The best wifi we have ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to beaches and attractions. PR will definitely be our go to whenever we visit the area.

We loved this RV resort. The concrete pads are great. Great biking trails through the woods to the state park bike trail. Convenient, very good restaurants nearby. Very friendly office staff. Beautiful, clean bath house. Two pools, pickle ball courts, tennis courts. Looking forward to visiting again.

This park is awesome!!! Really clean, huge concrete and level spots. Full hookup with great cable signal and WiFi. Easy access to the beaches and stores. Friendly staff. We will be visiting again.

This is a new RV park with very nice facilities including pool, BBQ area, laundry, showers etc. Full hook-ups with 50 and 30 amp service on large concrete pads with picnic tables. Kid friendly in all aspects. One great thing is the trails that connect this park to the nearby state park. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities. Beach is a 2.5 mile bike ride away through the state park trail system. No fires allowed (state law) but charcoal and gas grills are ok. Fairly close drive to everything. Wi-if is good with Ethernet connections on each site as well as Sat TV. Good Sam RV park.
