We rented a pontoon from Okeechobee Motel and RV Park. The rental was for 1/2 day and we were told one gas tank was 1/4 full and that the other was full. However we only had 3/4 tank of gas between the two tanks. After 2 hours we ran out of gas and made it to another marina. Okeechobee Motel and RV gave us two phone numbers to reach them at. Unfortunately no one answered either phone and did not call back after we left messages. After some time we found someone at the Marina we had pulled into who gave us a gallon of gas so we could get back to Okeechobee Motel and RV. One half day of boating turned into two hours. When returning the pontoon we were never offered an apology. We asked for some of our money back. We did received a small percentage back but it was not given back nicely and we were then asked to leave the property.
