A bit out of the way, but decent place to stop for a night. If you come from the East, there is only a very rutted gravel road for 2.5 miles until you reach the park, which has some paved roads. The road to this particular spot is also very rutted gravel road. Plan on going very slowly in an RV. There was some drinking trash and cigarette butts left on the ground around the sites and waters edge. We were the only ones here mid November. Quiet.

Great area. Super peaceful. When I stayed only two other vehicles were there. Woke up in the morning to the sound of geese honking.
