Cathi's Place RV Park is a little gem. Great access from the road. Booking was very easy. It's small - about 10 pitches - but very well kept campground. No long term tenants. Cathi made us very welcome and was available to answer any questions. She has many plans for the campground. The bathrooms were dated but very clean and more than adequate. If we're ever out this way again will definitely stop off and wish her well with all her plans.

All stays has this place still listed as Sands. It is NOT Sands. It is now Cathy鈥檚 Place RV Park. Her current phone number is (541) 589-0134. Cathi bought it two years ago and has made great improvements on the place. It鈥檚 still a work in progress, but a very nice place to stay. Cathi is very kind and helpful.

Cathie鈥檚 RV was a very nice safe place to stop for the night. Cathy is very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and you needed a code to get in.

This is a quaint campground, which the owner, Cathis, is working on to keep improving it! The campground is just off US20, has level sites and 2 unisex showers with great pressure and hot water. Cathis is a wonderful person who has the best interests for her campground and provides a reasonable fee for her sites. I stayed for 3 nights and would stay again!

Allstays needs to change the name from 鈥淪ands鈥� to 鈥淐athi鈥檚 Place鈥� she鈥檚 been the owner for more than a year and has it fixed up into good shape. Great overnight place!

Simple and small but nice stop. Owner super nice. Has grass, patio area and full hookups. All for $22! We stayed in our tt, didn芒鈧�鈩�t use facilities.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The rate is low comparing nearby camping site. It芒鈧�鈩�s good place for stop over and rest.

Keep going. We did not stay. The campground was completely open with no attendant. Anyone could walk up to take a shower or use the other facilities. Could not tell the layout of the park. The bathroom were only one room. The women's door had been hit/kick with parts missing. I would not feel safe in that campground.
