There are about 16 primitive tent-only sites that surround a lake. Its run by the SFWMD. There are two solar powered composting toilets and a communal potable water faucet. Last I was there, pop-up campers and tents were the only ones allowed. Recently, the SFWMD has been requiring permits to drive into the campground and another permit to camp. The entrance to the campground is locked 24/7, but the combination to the gate is printed on the permit.
