Nice enough place to spend a night, but don芒鈧劉t leave anything unattended. We spent one night, left our travel trailer for maybe an hour to grab breakfast at the nearby coffee shop and had our snap on front window cover stolen from off the trailer. Nearly four years full-time, first theft. We won芒鈧劉t be returning.

Great place to pull over for the night. Flat and fairly level, easy access with our 34 ft 5er. The George Patton Museum was an added bonus although we didn芒鈧劉t go in. Lots of tanks and things to look at on the outside. Added bonus was the store and coffee shop. We芒鈧劉ll make this a regular stop when traveling back and forth along I-10.

One area available for free overnight parking behind the George Patton Museum. No signage on left side of road saying 芒鈧揚rivate Property芒鈧, which was disappointing as we had wanted to be far enough away from other campers to use our generator. We were barely getting set up when camp host informed us of our spot being private property. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Hard to get in and out due to gas station and convenience store. Left and spent the night at Joshua Tree National Park, off exit 168 on I-10 West

Stayed on a Sunday night. Arrived just after sundown. The sites were well marked and it was easy to find a level site. Only 4 others sites were occupied. We enjoyed a wonderful night, road noise was minimal. Will stay again when we are in the area or traveling through.

Free site at the rear of the Museum.
The site is supervised to ensure the area is not abused due to the close proximity to the Museum
Gas and store is available not too far away

Stayed here in early December. Free, no hookups. Quieter than Cactus City rest stop. Allows up to 7 days in a 30 day period. Manager Paul was very nice. Sites are hard packed sand and most have fire rings. Most are back in sites but there is at least one pull through as you first come in.
The nearby coffee shop and gas station have some supplies which is nice, but priced at a premium.
Had 5 bars LTE on AT&T and Google Fi
