What a lovely setting! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. We stayed in sites T31 ( pull through and T29 (back in). Beautiful views. We had 30 amp and water at our sites. Dump station was not available. That was ok for us this time but you’d better plan for it. Spaces are large with concrete pads and nice picnic tables and fire rings. I would definitely use this campground again if in the area. Note, not all sites have hookups. There is a playground on site as well as usage of the reservoir for swimming, canoeing or kayaking. There are pit toilets throughout the park.

All Stays and Curt Gowdy SP web information needs to be updated. We were there May 2017 and they had just started reservation only status for many of the camp areas. However, none of the web information or maps at the visitor center clearly showed which sites were walkup available and which were reservation only. Park office is no longer at the location shown on SP web site-it is at the visitor center. AND the office hours on web site were not correct. We were fortunate to flag down a helpful park ranger who helped us find an available spot. Beautiful location and just needs the administrative details to catch up to the changes.
