Stayed in end of March. Paved, flat, covered picnic area. Very few other campers. Beautiful view of mountains. Friendly host. Only drawback were the prickly goat head weeds. Hard on bike tires and feet. Definitely would stay again. Paid $25.00 per night. Full hookups. Fifty amp

Worst place we've ever camped at. No shade where trailers park. Not kept up and spiders & earwigs galore. Then when we pulled our trailers the opposite direction to get shade, but still within our camping spots, they kept coming to tell us it was illegal and called the park rangers on us who laughed and said they didn't care which way we parked as long as we were within the spots we reserved. Oh, and you can't see there Lake from there campground. All you see is the weed covered dike wall.

Price is now $35. Last week April-first two weeks May, swarms of insects overwhelming. Convenient from hwy.
Level sites 50 amp FHU Good for an overnighter, but not for any time unless you are a boater. On a lake you can't see, but boat ramp right next door.
Maybe bugs reduce in Summer or winter????.

Paved loop you park on. Hookups to side, grass in back. Urban flavor. Lake you can't see from campground.
Lots of insects in September.
Everyone laid back. Congenial staff and hosts. A bit disorganized, but we scored a site on Saturday eve!
Hot showers, dirty. Good water pressure and hot! And free!
Flush toilets.
Great overnight spot. And $25 full hook-ups.
You can walk over to marina and watch people try to get their boats on their trailers.
Recommended.
