We came with our Grandchildren in hot August but we had fun. The swimming area is at 60 degrees and it is wonderful when the weather is around 100 degrees. Therew is horse back riding but the Grandchildren thought it would be too hot to enjoy the horses. They have a train here and even Grandpa enjoyed it. There is no TV, Wi-Fi, or Verizon service in the park but it is good to be disconnected every once in a while. We stayed in Buckeye which just 3 years ago didn芒鈧劉t have sewer but it does now and we really enjoyed it. They have new HD washers and dryers but they were broken when we were there. We enjoyed Beaver Bend State Park. You feel like your in the mountains, but this year it was a little warm.
