Absolutely gorgeous campground…huge…spacious. Beautiful disc golf course and hiking trails. It was shoulder season so can’t comment on bathroom’s with running water. The one and only knock (lack of 5 star) was the filthy state of the vault toilet next to our site. As afore mentioned it was shoulder season so full staff probably not out cleaning yet but there was dry poo in the urinal and trash all over the floor. Jeff checked us in and was more than helpful. The next morning the rangers checked the road conditions to our next destination. I’d certainly stay here again.

One of our top 5 parks nationwide. This not a resort. It is on the lake. Spaces have really nice grass and are big Bathrooms clean and shower water hot. No quarters required Other parts of the have nice spaces also with views of lake This is quiet clean park and nicer then many twice the cost Nearby Norton has food etc. We will visit again. 348th day on the road full time
