Totally inadequate facilities. When we left we stopped at a rest area on I80 to brush teeth and so forth.

Nice campsites. Quiet park. Electric hookups work well.Illinois budget woes have resulted in poorly maintained parks whose bathroom and shower facilities are often in need of cleaning and Jubilee College is one of these.
