Review is more 2 1/2. Owner of the park is very nice and very flexible. Rates are very reasonable. New Sewer, Water and Electric hookups. You have to go to Elgin Sapp Brothers to get propane unless you use BlueRhino.
We came up for a grandchild in the dead of winter and survived the Nebraska wind and -11 temps. We skirted our RV and put heat tape and insulation on the water line and a heater under our RV.
You can get DSL through Frontier.
Owner is working on improvements a little at a time.
I would stay here again, very quite and out of the way.
