Friendly helpful owners. Concrete level pads but sites are small. Park is gated and you are given a card to enter. Park is under new ownership and improvements are being made. Several washers and dryers upstairs. I did not use the showers. No pull through sitesome at this time but they are included in future plans. We will return if we are in the area again
